Application of heat-reflecting paint and self-cleaning photocatalytic treatment
The villa dates back to the 1950s and is located in the seaside area of Mondello, a very humid place that tends to generate moss and mold both inside and on the external facades.
The customer requested an energy improvement and the possibility of protecting the white facade from dirt and mold.
In 2021 we intervened with the application of the heat-reflecting and water-repellent IR WALL paint on the facade to improve its energy efficiency and the treatment with NS67 GREENSHIELD for the self-cleaning function, thanks to the photocatalytic action of titanium dioxide.
