Heat Reflective Paint and Photocatalytic Self-Cleaning Treatment – Palermo

Intervention on a building located in a central area of Palermo with a high density of vehicular traffic; therefore, the condominium complained of having the facade always contaminated by dirt from smog and of having to clean it on average every two years.


The intervention was carried out in 2016 with the application of the heat-reflecting and water-repellent paint IR WALL PLUS on the facade, improving its energy efficiency, and of NS67 GREENSHIELD, titanium dioxide for the self-cleaning and depolluting function.
To date (2023) it has no longer been necessary to intervene to clean the facade.
