Nanosilv's primary objectives, in addition to profitability, include high product quality and reliability, customer satisfaction, maintaining and strengthening supplier partnerships, and increasing market share.
Nanosilv, a nanotechnology company for the construction industry, has the vision of "developing the nano world to serve the macro world," meaning putting nanoparticles at the service of people. This creates materials that solve common problems and transfers innovations from the laboratory to the hands of people.
For Nanosilv, quality means respect for the customer and the best possible service. Providing reliable, high-quality products is a matter of quality assurance and continuous improvement of all procedures.
The organization is implementing a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, as demonstrated by the company policy outlined here. Planned, programmed, and implemented activities must be aimed at continuously improving the QMS.
